Pathways 2 Performance CIC is a London-based social enterprise dedicated and purposed to enrich and transform the lives of young people through music education, training and mentorship. We believe that music is a powerful that can positively effect a young person’s life; which can inspire, uplift, and create lasting change. We exist to empower the next generation of young people - whether they are aspiring music artists or simply take an interest in music; by providing them with the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive, both in their personal development and in their careers.

WHAT WE DO
We provide a dynamic and inclusive therapuetic provision, using music as a powerful tool to support young people who may be struggling in mainstream education.
Our programme focuses on music performance, production, and songwriting, helping young people build practical skills while also developing key personal and social abilities such as communication, confidence, problem-solving, and teamwork. Through our therapeutic music provision, we offer a safe and creative outlet for self-expression - helping young people process emotions, manage behaviour, and build resilience.
We also deliver a range of interactive workshops covering performance, production, and songwriting. These are tailored to meet the needs of each group and are delivered in schools or at our dedicated space.
Our online music industry membership provides young people with insights and guidance on how to navigate the music world, offering continued learning beyond the classroom.
We work closely with schools, parents, and local authorities to support children and young people - especially those with behavioural challenges or who are at risk of exclusion - helping them stay engaged and realise their potential.
All staff are fully trained, experienced, and DBS-checked, ensuring a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for every young person we work with.
